Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and within workspaces you own or administer.

Workspaces may have multiple members with roles (owner, admin, member). Owners and admins are responsible for whom they invite and what those members do.

You may use Blab only for lawful purposes and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not use it to impersonate a person without authorization, to create deceptive or harmful audio, or to infringe anyone's rights.

You may only clone or recreate a voice you own or for which you hold explicit, documented consent from the speaker. You represent that you have the necessary rights for every clip you upload. We may suspend voices or accounts on credible reports of non-consensual cloning.

You retain ownership of the text, audio and other material you submit, and of the audio Blab generates for you, subject to these Terms. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service — to process, store and deliver your content, including via our model gateway and infrastructure providers.

Paid plans include a monthly credit allotment; usage beyond your plan may be limited or blocked. Prices and allotments are shown in the app and may change with notice. Where payments apply, they are processed by our payment provider under their terms.

We work to keep Blab available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that adversely affect you.

You may stop using Blab and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. On deletion we remove your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Blab is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
